Registering for the FCSR

If you're not registered for the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR), ensure you have the following:

  • Valid and Current State-Issued Identification for Verification Purposes.
  • Your Social Security Card for Identity Confirmation.
  • A Money Order for $15.25 to cover the One-Time FCSR Registration Fee
  • If You are Already Registered with the FCSR, There's No Fee Required for Verification.
